That will be fun! I work at a residence program for adolescents with mental illnesses right now. it is super stressful and the pay is not where it shude be for the amount of work we put in. That sounds like a job I would love to have. Did you need any specific qualifications for that job?

I got a Job at a group home. Haven't started yet. Going to finish out the school year. 3 more weeks.... It's bittersweet. Is this your great news? Is this still working with deaf children? A more intimate setting?

A more intimate setting? Yes, that was my news. I put my notice in the other day. I will no longer be at the deaf school. But I plan on coming for special events. It has become a part of my life. It was not an easy choice. But, I just couldn't handle some of the changes we recently went through. And being put on graveyard, and not being able to see the kids everyday was the final straw for me. I was no longer happy like I was... so time to move on.

AH! i missed this question! haha sorry Em! but, nope i dont have even a bachelors degree. i impressed her with my interview haha they do prefer a bachelors in psychology and if you want to get a position higher than me you need like supervisory experience in the field. i think you would be GREAT at it though!
