To post the video directly into your post, first hit the youtube button on top of the reply page under Add Tags (it's the first button on the second row and says "tube") then paste the address of the video between the brackets.

Oh my goodness, I'm not capable of posting the actual video right now, but I have been geek in lately over this "I be-weave hair salon" video. I highly suggest you look it up, it is hilarious.
