We've had 70 guests in the last 24 hours but no new members :-( do we smell or something?!?!! Anyway I'm mega happy at the moment.. Just heard from my keyworker that I'm moving into my new apartment next week.. It's been a long time coming, I can finally chill and not worry about my housing situation :-) yes yes yes yes yes!! To celebrate I'm gonna bake an Oreo cheesecake which I've just seen someone make in the TV mmmmmmmmmmmm

I still like this thread as the other one is more what people are doing! This will be good for random chit chat and bitching etc. Drama: I am glad you will have a stable housing situation. Hope you take care of it and yourself. Will be good for you to have one less thing to worry about. I demand that you post me a bit of this cheesecake! I was poaching pears again on Tuesday night, love a poached pear. Cannot wait to finish Uni for the summer so i can bake!! I have so many books and recipes to try but not have had time for ages! We could have a baking thread Dan!! And post pics of what we have been making and swap recipes! Very random and geeky baking comment: Have you seen that Stork have liquid butter out? I noticed it in my local Morrisons for £1 so have bough 2 to try. For every 100g of marg you use 100ml of this butter. I am thinking it's a good idea but the proof will be in the baking!! My bitch at the moment is: Why do my friends never seem to be able to text me to arrange to do something but manage to arrange themselves to do things? I know i can be busy but an invite out would be nice. I like organising and arranging things but just once for someone else to arrange a meet up would be good! If i never text my friends to meet up, i doubt i would see them! Bah..... |
